Biography
Dr. Abimbola Faridah Olabiyi is a board-certified internist and cardiologist specializing in minimally invasive interventions for coronary and peripheral artery disease. She earned her medical degree from Igbinedion University Okada in Nigeria and completed her residency in Internal Medicine and fellowship in Cardiovascular Disease at Howard University in Washington, D.C. She then pursued advanced subspecialty training in Interventional Cardiology at the University of California, San Francisco.
Dr. Olabiyi’s clinical interests include women’s cardiovascular health, preventive cardiology, acute myocardial infarction, and complex coronary interventions. She has particular expertise in high-risk coronary interventions, mechanical circulatory support devices, and the management of cardiogenic shock. Her practice centers on delivering personalized, high-quality cardiovascular care to her patients through the latest interventional techniques.
Outside of medicine, Dr. Olabiyi enjoys playing tennis, volunteering in her church community and traveling the world with her spouse and three kids.
