Biography
Dr. TaeShik is a Board-certified internist and cardiologist who specializing in prevention, diagnosis, and
treatment of cardiovascular disease through advanced non-invasive imaging and minimally
invasive catheter-based therapies
He earned his medical degree from Soonchunhyang University in the Republic of Korea.
He Completed advanced subspecialty training in Interventional Cardiology, at VCU and served on the faculty at VCU as an Assistant Professor of Medicine
He worked as a cardiology hospitalist, caring for hospitalized patients with complex cardiovascular conditions while teaching residents and fellows.
Dr. Park enjoys basketball, baseball, and karaoke. He is passionate about church service and feels a strong calling to serve the Korean community through mentorship, outreach, and compassionate care. He also values spending time with his spouse and son and traveling with his family
