Biography

Dr. Paul Lajos is joining Carient, bringing over 20 years of clinical experience from Mount Sinai and Montefiore Medical Centers in New York City, where he served as an Associate Professor of Surgery.

He has worked in academic, private practice, and office-based settings. He has trained hundreds of residents and fellows, many of whom now hold leadership positions nationally. He has coauthored book chapters and numerous papers in peer-reviewed journals, participated in numerous clinical trials, and presented at meetings across the US and internationally in Europe and Asia.

He has a specific interest in evidence-based medicine in treating peripheral vascular disease, helping his patients achieve a better and healthier lifestyle and quality of life while managing their cardiovascular risk factors.
